Sprinkler systems
A major investment with high demands on maintenance and evidence, often with insurer conditions attached.
Sprinkler systems are complex and costly to maintain. Insurers and certified experts expect uninterrupted maintenance by recognised installers. We check whether your contract delivers this and whether the documentation meets the requirements.
What we look for
- Recognition of the contractor by VdS or equivalent
- Completeness of maintenance and inspection reports
- Condition of pumps, valves, alarm valve stations and water supply
- Frost protection and pressure maintenance
- Comparison with the property insurer’s conditions
Typical findings
Weekly operator checks not documented
Pump test runs recorded without measured values
Insurer conditions not reflected in the maintenance contract
Typical intervals
Regular operator self-checks, maintenance by the installer and an annual inspection by a certified expert.
Indicative values; the specific requirement depends on the system and its use.
Start with a single contract
Send us one maintenance contract with its service reports. You get a written finding and know whether more is worth it.
