Fire alarm systems
The system with the highest protection requirement and the strictest documentation duties.
A fire alarm system has to work when it matters, and you have to be able to prove that it was properly maintained on a regular basis. We check contracts, reports and workmanship against DIN 14675 and the manufacturer’s requirements.
What we look for
- Contractor certification to DIN 14675
- Completeness of inspections and the annual maintenance
- Testing of all detectors, transmission devices and controls
- Currency of fire brigade route cards and the system logbook
- Fault and false alarm statistics
Typical findings
Agreed inspections are missing from the logbook
Detectors were only spot-checked, not fully tested
Contractor without valid certification
Typical intervals
Typically quarterly inspections and an annual maintenance, plus recurring inspections by certified experts.
Indicative values; the specific requirement depends on the system and its use.
Start with a single contract
Send us one maintenance contract with its service reports. You get a written finding and know whether more is worth it.
